Born in Houston, Texas, owner and head chef Joe Hicks makes each meal with lots of love. The outgoing chef has been cooking all his life opening up Denny's and iHops around the country. In 2009, Hicks decided to follow his heart and it lead him straight to a kitchen of his own. Thus, Joe's Cafe was founded in June of '09.
